Tidefall Lore

A world shaped by flood, oath, and transformation.

Tidefall is the flagship fantasy world of Circuit Kroak Studios: ancient amphibian kingdoms, noble houses, oathbound warriors, drowned ruins, and secrets the marsh has not surrendered.

The Premise

What if frogs were treated with the same respect fantasy gives dragons?

Not comic relief. Not side characters. A civilization with ancient kingdoms, disciplined warriors, generals, scholars, priests, politics, religion, architecture, heraldry, and war.

That question became the foundation for Tidefall. Every sculpt, banner, oath, temple, weapon, and creature exists to make the miniatures feel like they belong to a living world.

What the Tide Claims, Remains.

World at a Glance

The places, factions, and mysteries carrying the first arc.

The Tidebound Courts

The central civilization of Tidefall, bound by old oaths, Great Houses, flooded cities, and the uneasy peace of the marsh.

The Crown of Reeds

The heart of the Courts and the place a Tide King leaves only when peace can no longer hold.

The Lotus Guard

Oathbound defenders who serve the Courts before king, house, city, or self.

The Rotbound Cults

A deep-marsh faction that sees adaptation, change, and transformation as the highest form of survival.

The Deep Marsh

A shifting wilderness of blackwater, swallowed settlements, ancient forests, and ruins older than the kingdoms above them.

The Silent Banner

A missing house, an unanswered oath, or something worse. Its place beneath the Conclave remains empty.

The Story So Far

The waters are only beginning to rise.

  1. 01

Ancient ruins, temple vaults, and forgotten roads existed before the Great Houses raised their banners.

  2. 02

The Tidebound Courts grew around the Crown of Reeds, the Conclave, and the shared oaths of the marsh.

  3. 03

The Lotus Guard became the line that holds when kingdoms, houses, and cities begin to fracture.

  4. 04

King Thal'Ruun leaves the Crown of Reeds and takes up the Spear of First Rain.

  5. 05

The Conclave gathers after a long peace, and every Great House must answer what comes next.

  6. 06

Beneath it all, the Rotbound Cults and the Deep Marsh remember a history older than kings.

Great Houses

Twelve houses. One tide.

Duty above glory

House Nymor

One of the oldest houses, remembered for service, honor, and generations given to the Lotus Guard.

The Flood Rewards the Bold

House Veshar

Border defenders who believe peace is protected by preparation, discipline, and force when action becomes inevitable.

Promises sink. Duty endures. We rise.

House Voranis

Builders, engineers, archivists, and keepers of the foundations that let marsh civilization survive the rising waters.

Those who read the tides shape tomorrow.

House Meluun

Scholars and watchers of the Moon Pools, trusted for knowledge, memory, prophecy, and counsel.

Prosperity through trade

House Rhel

A house still waiting for its full chronicle, already tied to merchants, diplomacy, builders, and opportunity.

Lore Archive

Every story has a form.

Tidefall can grow as a readable archive while Circuit Kroak Studios stays under JeremiahAlton.com. If the world earns its own dedicated site later, these sections can move cleanly.

Chronicles of Tidefall

Recovered letters, temple records, journals, decrees, and forgotten accounts from across the drowned continent.

The Great Houses

House spotlights that define the banners, symbols, words, duties, rivalries, and loyalties of the Courts.

Field Notes

Specimen reports and dispatches documenting creatures, sacred places, artifacts, and discoveries from the marsh.
